“Hit the Lights” is a song by British artist Kamaljit Singh Jhooti, better known by his stage name Jay Sean, off of his new album Freeze Time, featuring American rapper Lil Wayne. The single “2012 (It Ain’t the End)” was released to U.S. radio stations and as a digital download to iTunes on 3 August 2010, as the lead single off the album. The song debuted at number 18 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Songs Chart. In October 2010, it was announced that the release of the album got pushed back to February 22, 2011.
