“I Wouldn’t Be a Man” is a song covered by American country music singer and actor Joshua Otis “Josh” Turner (born November 20, 1977). Turner covered the song written by Mike Reid and Rory Michael Bourke, originally recorded by Don Williams from the 1987 album Traces. On September 27, 2010, Turner shot the video for “I Wouldn’t Be a Man” in Nashville, which will be the third single from Josh’s fifth studio album Haywire, expected for release in late 2011. The song debuted at number 92 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Songs chart the week of July 23, 2011.
